Who you are:

• A licensed and experienced DOR who knows the duties and responsibilities needed to excel at patient care, OR an experience and passionate therapist looking to grow in your career!
• As our Director of Rehabilitation (DOR), you will be responsible for managing and supervising the rehabilitation department to meet our residents' needs.
• You will achieve specific patient care, employee relations, customer service, and financial objectives through strong leadership and effective management of staff, maintains professional conduct, including positive levels of interaction and rapport.
