Job description
Honolulu location - Plans, organizes, develops and directs overall operation of Nursing Services Department in accordance with federal and state regulations and standards that govern facility, and as may be directed by Administrator and Medical Director, to ensure highest quality of resident care is maintained at all times. Responsible for providing sufficient qualified staffing - supervises and manages staff; in absence of the Administrator, assumes administrative responsibility of facility
Other duties as assigned. Hawaii RN license and CPR certification and computer skills required. MDS certification and previous MDS/RAI and long-term care experience strongly preferred. BSN, previous nursing management, geriatric, and medicare/medicaid experience preferred.
