The Director of Nursing, Acute Care Opportunity:

· Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position

· Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift

· Opportunities for Director of Nursing, Acute Care to recruit and hire nursing staff in accordance with the established nursing plan

· Director of Nursing, Acute Care will be responsible for assuring compliance with resident rights policies and work to resolve resident grievances

· Selected Director of Nursing, Acute Care will ensure adequate nursing staff are available, based on facility and census requirements

· Will prepare and submit reports on nursing development operations

Director of Nursing, Acute Care Qualifications:

· Licensed RN in the state of TX or multi-state license

· BLS/ACLS Certification

· Highly preferred 3 years of DON/Nurse Manager experience

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
