Job description

The role of Director of Manufacturing covers a wide variety of duties that revolve around the manufacturing of Franklin’s (and affiliated brands) medical-marijuana related products.

Duties of the Director of Manufacturing may include, but not limited to:

• Overseeing, managing and refining the company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Leading, managing and educating manufacturing staff on Franklin’s production process, Good Manufacturing Practices and Missouri’s regulatory compliance.
• Managing the company’s production schedule to ensure all products are manufactured on time and in the strictest form of compliance with all laws and SOPs.
• To embrace a Kaizen (constant improvement) approach to manufacturing process and provide insights to company executives on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Work in collaboration with company management to anticipate future production needs.
• To be the primary inventory manager and direct/oversee/manage the inventory of all regulated and non regulated products.
• To perform additional job duties as assigned.
