Job Description:
Education:
- Three years of academic studies at an accredited college.
- Completion of 12 consecutive months of internship in an accredited school of Medical Technology, leading to a Bachelor's Degree.
- Required national registration by the ASCP or equivalent or equally qualified through examination by the Health Education and Welfare accreditation program.
Training & Experience:
- Must have a minimum of 10 years laboratory experience.
- Must have supervisory experience with management experience desirable.
- Must have strong organizational skills along with problem resolution skills.
- Must have strong employee relation skills and patient management skills.
