In this full-time role, you will supervise a team of industry relations and event specialists to effectively and efficiently lead recruitment of SCAD talent on ground. You will evaluate and enhance student, alumni, faculty, and SCAD stakeholder involvement in CAS events, and you will assess and expand industry and alumni engagement with metrics-driven strategy to meet the ever-evolving needs of SCAD students and partners. Among other responsibilities, you will oversee and improve aspects of the SCAD Job Portal, collaborate with CAS leaders on alumni programming and communications, evaluate CAS employer recruitment policies, and enhance reporting of industry engagement in the SCAD Salesforce database.

Professionalism in attire, conduct, and communication is a must as you represent SCAD to companies and executives across diverse industries and engage with university leadership, students, and alumni. Strong budget management, presentation, organizational, and project-management skills are required, as is demonstrated proficiency in analyzing information management systems and other web-based technology.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred
• More than five years of progressive experience in business development, career services, recruiting, talent development, or related industry
• Supervisory-level experience required

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. In order to accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.

Travel Required: Less than 10%
