Searching for a Director of Human Resources and Business Office with nursing home experience. Must have medicare and medicaid experience along with other insurance experience related to billing. Must communicate well with the DON, Administrator, MDS and Social Work along with outside providers. Must be able to cooperate with departments when hiring and onboarding new employees in a professional manner.Must be task oriented with the ability to work in an interuptive environment, but with tactfullness and kindness answering questions from staff and families. Must have demonstrated ability of at least 2-3 years of nursing home BOM experience.
