Job Title: Director of Fun/Marketing Administrator for Real Estate Team

Job Description:
We are seeking a Director of Fun/Marketing Administrator to join our real estate team. In this position you will work closely with our sales agents and management team to create and execute marketing campaigns that promote our properties and services. You will also be responsible for planning events, meeting with photographers/content creators, managing social media accounts, website content, and email marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
● Create and execute marketing campaigns for our real estate properties and services
● Manage social media accounts, including creating content and scheduling posts
● Write and edit website content to ensure accuracy and consistency
● Manage email marketing campaigns, including creating content and tracking analytics
● Utilize Canva to create visually appealing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics
● Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies that align with business goals
● Analyze marketing data to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and make necessary adjustments
● Stay up-to-date on marketing trends and best practices in the real estate industry

Qualifications:
● Prefer some experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry
● Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design software
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
● Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
● Knowledge of social media platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,Youtube, Ect

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
