The Director of Data, Curriculum, and Evaluation will collaborate with the Assistant Superintendent, Director of Student Services, Principals, and Staff to analyze student achievement data and to ensure the fidelity of curricular and instructional practices. This position reports directly to the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent.Specific Responsibilities Include: Develop procedures for data collection in order to create instructional goals for leadership and staff, PK-12Disaggregate and analyze data to recognize trends in learning and achievementFacilitate regular data dialogues with staff PK-12, including middle / high school department chairs and grade-level teams, PK-12Collaborate with leadership and staff to create goals based on student achievement dataCollaborate with Assistant Superintendent, leadership, and staff in conducting curriculum framework alignment and development of curricula for various content areasCollaborate with Assistant Superintendent, leadership, and staff to facilitate cyclical curriculum reviewsCollaborate with leadership to evaluate staff, PK-12, in order to ensure the fidelity of the evaluation process for all teaching staff to include conducting classroom visitations, consulting with content area leaders, and issuing written evaluations and improvement plans in accordance with district policiesCommunicate professionally and effectively with leadership, the Cohasset School Committee, staff, families, students, and the communityPosition Type: Teachers School Year Plus 15 Dayswww.colinoncars.com is the go-to platform for job seekers looking for the best job postings from around the web.
