Job Description

B.A. in Communications required
Development:
- Lead and manage all communications activities
- Send monthly newsletter
- Manage Trailblazer donor database and donor lists
- Improve social media presence through CST’s Facebook Page, IG, and Twitter for fundraising and hold events
- Provide donor prospects lists and contact information
- Follow a communications development plan
- Provide donor lists and donor data to ED monthly
- Promptly complete and submit documentation
- Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
- Promote wellness and counseling groups
Communications
- Assist in leadership for Austin Refugee Roundtable, including occasional facilitation
- Establish three strong key relationships in the Dallas and Fort Worth areas through meetings and events.
- Coordinate planning for CST’s Mental Health First Aid Trainings and ensure quality facilitation and professional follow up with participants with certificates and add new contacts to Trailblazer
- Promote CST services in the community. Maintain partnerships and alliances with organizations who share CST’s mission Undertake monthly speaking and training events on Zoom
- Serve as a resource to providers in other organizations working with similar populations Improve relationships in the community and track collaborator progress on the Google Drive Promote CST’s 26th Anniversary through fundraising and communication activities Enter Google calendar with expert proficiency in scheduling appointments and documentation
- Maintain the Main Spreadsheet on the Google Drive under guidance of Executive Director and Clinical Director Requirements:
- Seek and participate in professional development, leadership, and supervision experiences
- Ensure HIPAA compliant, best practices, and logic model adherence documentation Immediately report security, communication, and service concerns
- Seek and participate in professional development, leadership, and supervision experiences.
Local travel, with occasional out of town travel for training. Proficiency and experience working in therapeutic situations with translators and interpreters Computer literacy in such programs as Advanced MD, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Canva, Punch Bowl, Electonic Health Charts and PowerPoint Record data coherently, accurately, and objectively. Fine motor skills sufficient to legibly document and communicate.
- Physical Demands: Required to stand and use hands to find, handle or feel objects; also, to sit, walk, climb, balance, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or assist clients; climb stairs on a regular, daily, and hourly basis at a moment’s notice, and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Must agree to extensive background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
