About Us: Monarch Staffing Solutions is a Recruitment Process Outsourcing Company. Our client is a non-profit CARF Accredited and HRSA approved non-profit in Wayne County. They provide comprehensive integrated health services while using a patient-centered approach to assist individuals with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders on their journeys to recovery.
The Behavioral Health Clinical Services Director will report directly to the Vice President and is responsible for the supervision and coordination of clinical staff activities at assigned sites in Detroit, MI. You will build and lead the Mental Health services delivery team and oversee the department.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine clinical expertise with business acumen to develop policies, procedures, and teams. This role is also responsible for interacting with community stakeholders, and funders.
What we're looking for:
Required
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or similar
- MI State licensure: Licensed Master’s Social Worker (LMSW) or
Licensed Psychologist (LP)
- Valid and unrestricted State of Michigan Driver's License
- Current CPR & Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) certification/training
Experience
- Prior supervisory experience ( 3 years is preferred)
- Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in Mental Health, Co-Occurring disorders, and SUD
- Knowledge of Michigan's Pre-Paid Inpatient Health Plans (PIHPs)
- Knowledge of Wayne County's PIHP system is preferred
- Experience working with diverse and vulnerable populations

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
