Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Monday – Friday 7am-7p, based on clinic needs

Location: 2600 Westhall Ln. Maitland, FL 32751

The role you’ll contribute:

The Director oversees the clinical and business office operations of multiple outpatient centers, programs, disciplines, and campuses rehab related activities, including but not limited to program development, human resources matters, revenue and expenses, standards of practice, policies and procedures, performance improvement initiatives. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

  • Establishes reporting and approval procedures and delegates to Center Manager and Administrative staff sufficient authority to direct the work of the Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation service line.
  • Communicates to the Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Administrative Director and Campuses Administrators the status of the service line operations.
  • Implements customer service initiatives that are compatible with the campuses program. Identifies and resolves problems received from patients, physicians and employees in a respectful, consistent manner to all.
  • Displays and promotes behaviors that enhance patient, families, visitors, physicians, vendors experience and staff engagement.
  • Collaborates with other service lines, business units or departments in order to establish processes for the successful operation of the service line.
Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

  • Minimum qualifications:
    • Associate’s degree in healthcare or business-related field
  • Preferred qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business-related field
    • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
    • 5+ years of leadership experience in a clinical setting
