Job Summary and Qualifications

The Director will develop and support the strategic direction and operational needs of the department(s). In this position, you will implement, assess, evaluate, plan, develop and organize programs and services to assure our mission is achieved. What qualifications you will need:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State which you practice or must hold Compact/Multi-State RN License
• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing, Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher required; Master’s Degree preferred
• A current BLS or BCLS from American Heart Association (AHA or American Red Cross) are required
• 3+ years of experience in nursing in an acute care setting; 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
