An outstanding Hospital located in Washington Wine Country is looking for a Materials Director to join their fantastic and dedicated team at their critical access facility!
As Materials Director, the daily responsibilities may vary, but specific focus on ensuring that the medical facility is properly stocked with correct equipment and necessary products at all times is extremely important. Previous experience in a similar role, or at least 3 years as a Materials Manager is required for consideration at this time. Materials Director must have knowledge of purchasing raw materials, supplies, and medications for the hospital when needed and must ensure they never run out.
Candidates must have at least a bachelor's degree to be considered at this time, as well as experience within a critical access facility. Direct Washington state healthcare experience is a plus, but not mandatory for consideration at this time. Some skills that Materials Director must have to be able to apply themselves in this role may include:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of management
