The Little Sprouts Learning Center is looking for experienced Director. The Director will manage all aspects of the center program, including staff supervision, parent communication, enrollment, registration, recruitment for staff, curriculum development, safety protocols and filling in the classroom when need it. We are seeking leader / team player willing to help the center grow to the next level, to innovate in ways that continue to move the program forward.

Full-time 40hrs week hours 9am-6pm

QUALIFICATIONS: This is a list of required qualifications

MUST HAVE ALL UP TO DATE CLEARANCE AND PHYSICAL WITH PPD

• An associate degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or human services field and 3yrs experience with children

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education or human service field and 2yrs experience

Lead Teachers are responsible for implementing daily program activities. Coordinating activities, following and completing lesson plans.

• A minimum of a least a high school diploma, including 600 or more hours of secondary training
• A high school diploma or a general education development certificate and 2yrs experience with children
• CDA

Full-time 40hrs

Part-time 30hrs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
