We’re currently looking for: Global Number Transfer Department (NTD) Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operations of RingCentral’s Number Transfer business. This includes managing global teams who deal with local, Toll-Free, Vanity, number transfers for our customers. RingCentral’s customers continue to grow and expand, this means we do too. The Global NTD lead will help drive the day-to-day operations while simultaneously improving the process and customer experience. During the NTD process issues could arise and these issues could include direct communications with Professional Services, CSM’s, Sales, and Customer as vital to resolve Porting related issues. This position also requires working cross functionally with our product & technology teams to automate and improve the customer experience.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
  • Executing day to day responsibility to accomplish outstanding results, working alongside the North American, EMEA, & APAC leadership teams
  • Providing direction, mentorship, and feedback to team members and lines of business.
  • Drive efficiencies via effective process management and automation
  • Measuring performance and results through metrics
  • Voice of the Customer follow up and overall Customer Happiness
  • Identifying potential risks and mitigation plans
  • Reporting on performance and metrics
  • Building relationships with client partners
  • Cultural and People management
  • Internal and External customer expectation settings
  • Provide excellent customer service C-Sat / D-Sat / NPS being key KPI’s
  • Customer concern management/resolution
  • Leading Executive customer critical issues surround porting
Desired Qualifications:
  • Must have 5 years’ LNP and Carrier (Telecom), experience leading teams/people/customer concerns with a track record of success.
  • 3-5 years of Number Transfer (Porting) experience with an ability to demonstrate across all level’s knowledge, including regional governance (multiple), primarily US focused however taking a global view as the RingCentral Global Transfer Department.
  • Global Porting experience preferred in addition to US local number/toll-free portability
  • Exposure to Cloud Services or a background in Telecommunications
  • Building and executing strategic directions and tactics
  • Outstanding communications skills both written and verbal
  • College Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Travel as requested
  • Technical understanding of common networking terms and tools
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced and agile environment
  • Excellent P.C. skills with a strong background in GSuite and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and demonstrating the ability to learn various tools.

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $117,200.00 and $175,800.00 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
