Role: Director, Digital Marketing
Level: Senior (requires 8 years of experience including 3 years leading a team).
Job Design: 35% Digital Marketing Strategy and Thought Leadership; 30% Leading and Optimizing Digital Marketing Execution; 35% Operational and People Leadership.
Required Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field or 8 years of equivalent work experience. In addition, this role requires a minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience in traditional direct response and/or digital marketing including 3 years leading a team of marketing or agency professionals.
Location: United States. The role can be based in nearly 40 states.
Salary Range: $104,284.45 - $173,067.81. Applies to locations with a market similar to our U.S. HQ in the Greater Seattle area. A different range may apply based on your work location. Typical hiring range is $110,000 - $138,000. Job offers within the range are based on relevant job qualifications and pay equity. 01 The Job You will lead a growing digital marketing team of 4 at a critical point in the transformation of World Vision’s digital marketing capabilities; provide thought leadership and innovation, and partner closely with the direct marketing channel leader to create synergy and maximize our in-market activities to ensure growth. You will oversee the strategy and execution of our digital marketing channel to drive consistent growth in donor acquisition, donor retention, and average giving for the mass market segment of donors while increasing the effectiveness of campaign execution and operational processes. 02 What success looks like (1) You provide thought leadership and innovation related to digital marketing. (2) You become a catalyst for developing strategy and plans for World Vision’s invitation to donors that breaks through digitally and delivers growth in donor acquisition and retention. (3) You establish yourself as a results-driven leader of financial and marketing analytics who can identify and analyze situations and/or issues and develop and implement solutions to ensure effective Go-To-Market plans. (4) It becomes clearly evident that you have a passion to grow capabilities and empower your team to increase the effectiveness of our digital marketing campaign approach.

Proven ability to partner with product teams to enhance product performance through channels. Experience in working with segment teams as a channel for rapid test/learn cycles to drive segment insights.
