Responsible for providing leadership and direction within department and works on a cross-functional team that will manage the strategic process transformation effort across all business lines for the Company. Acts as a part of a core team that includes field representation and partners in various organizations that will support the direction for ‘best-in-class' operating models and practices. The team will be responsible for defining a cohesive plan that captures the aspects of technology, people and process and will support the delivery with a focus on planning, change management and communications.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for driving continues improvements of release process to optimize efficiency and quality of deliverables
Responsible for the resolution of project escalations, tracks and manages synergies and dependencies supporting program milestones
Engage with cross-functional teams to understand current processes/systems, assess and prioritize the root cause(s) of discovered pain points, and influence operational design to ensure releases are completed on time with required standards
Collaborate with leaders to help drive effective data strategy across organizations that meet the needs of stakeholders across HQ, Divisions and Regions
Working with large amounts of data in a variety of formats and structures
Interpreting, analyzing, and drawing meaningful conclusions from large/small data sets for business to take actions
Leading initiatives to clean data, ensuring accuracy and reliability in reporting
Partner with Division and Region data teams to assess key business needs and collaboration on strategies to address business needs
Effectively conduct analyses and synthesize information to create strategic fact bases, meeting materials, and communicate to senior leadership
Create and implement strategic roadmap for data across migration, production and order flowthrough
Develop, plan and manage proactive monitoring strategy to reduce issues in production
Build relationship with stakeholders to obtain, align and track program goals
