The Direct Support Staff (DSS) position provides support to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities who are enrolled in the Outreach Adult Day Activity Program.

The Direct Support Staff duties include providing vocational, social and life skills development training as well as fun activities to participants who live at our Escondido residential facility. Hours are M-F, 9a-2p.

Previous experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities is preferred but not required. If you are interested in pursuing this opportunity, we will train you and provide you with the skills necessary to be successful!
