Earn a minimum of $19.25 / hour with the selection of Enhanced Pay Option and potential Weekend Shift Differentials.

The Direct Support Professional Specialized carries an enhanced rate due to the additional training and credentials required to maintain employment in this role.

This role will support individuals with IDD (Intellectual and Developmental disabilities) and serious active mental health issues. These individuals are under care as an alternative-to-incarceration, may or may not suffer from a co-occurring substance use disorder, and may have a history of sexual offense.

Our ideal DSP candidate will have a strong desire to create long-term impacts on their individuals lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals. • A valid driver's license is required.

• Dual Diagnosis experience is preferred.
