Job Tasks:
- Individual in need of assistance with meals and medication at times.
- Community Integration activities may include (shopping, walks, or movies.)

* SHIFTS: Wednesday's and Thursdays 11AM - 2PM

* WAGE: 18.00 per hour. (Plus mileage while providing services)

Job Requirements:

- Caregiver needs to be dependable, able to multi-task, work efficiently and be trainable

- Able to provide clear communication with employer at all times.
- Fully Vaccinated against COVID, proof of Vaccine will be required before a start date can be given

- Valid Drivers license and car insurance.
- Criminal background check and authorized to work in the U.S.

A caregiver background check will be completed and you are required to pass before a start date can be issued. Consumerdirect is not the employer and is only completing the recruitment for this position.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Ashland, WI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
