Job description
The Arthur Daniel Agency is now hiring Direct Support Professionals to join and become part of a valuable team with the collective goal of providing Community Based Supports and Individual Supports for adults aged twenty-one and over with developmental disabilities. Salary $22 to $35 per hour.
Community Based Supports
- Services Provided but not limited to include:
- Recreational and in home activities, community trips, household skills.
- Escort to lunch, dinner, and any type of appointments and entertainment.
- Employment preparation and education.
Individual Based Supports
- Personal Care assistance and guidance with daily living skills.
- Household and personal management.
An Arthur Daniel Agency Staff member is expected to:
- Be enthusiastic and willing to be fully involved and present during your time with your client.
- Be focused on your client’s needs and provide patience, support, and kindness in a safe, respectful, and professional manner at all times.
- Arrive for all appointments on time. It is necessary to take into consideration driving time and traffic situations.
Currently we need Direct Support Professionals full and part time in the following towns:
Northern NJ: Teaneck, Roselle Park, Florham Park, Ft. Lee, Township of Washington, Stockton, Boontown, Metuchen
Central NJ: Freehold, Toms River, Brielle, Cranbury, Neptune, West Windsor, Monroe, Princeton, North Brunswick, East Brunswick, Keyport, Matawan, Highlands, Asbury Park, Manchester, West Long Branch, Hamilton, Howell, Brick
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
