Specializing in B-to-B brand strategy and integrated marketing planning, this person will lead the development of innovative programs and campaigns with the goals of increasing brand awareness, consideration and engagement. The successful candidate will be a results-driven and accountable leader with experience building digital product brands. Reporting to the VP of Brand and Marketing Communications, this person will leverage market insights and work with internal and external partners to develop marketing strategies and integrated marketing plans and serve as a key liaison for marketing on cross functional teams.

  • Provide vision, leadership and strategic direction to develop and optimize marketing and communications that enable greater customer engagement.
  • Manage the success of integrated marketing plans incorporating the full range of marketing resources and distribution channels
  • Manage external Advertising, Web development and PR agencies
  • Lead the development of programs and materials that clearly communicate our brand value proposition, differentiators, and mission
  • Track, measure, and optimize programs and materials ensuring the continuous improvement of outcomes.
  • Analyzes competitive activity to take advantage of short- and long-term opportunities.
  • Understands direct response principles and applies appropriate calls to action and tracking when appropriate.
  • Ensures that all work reflects market strategy, brand voice, and style guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in a marketing communications function, including work on a digital product brand
  • At least 5 years of experience overseeing marketing or advertising budgets
  • Experience with developing integrated marketing plans including sponsorships that build brand equity and drive NPS
  • Experience marketing digital products to diverse B-to-B audiences
  • Strong executive presence and communications skills; confidence in presenting to leaders, providing constructive feedback, and acting as an advisor to leadership team members.
  • Temperamentally suited to a fast-paced environment where flexibility and adaptability to change are key determinants of success.
  • Comfort in navigating ambiguity, while absorbing information.
  • A consummate team player who understands how to build effective relationships cross-functionally.
  • Self-starter and team player that can work autonomously and well with others

Hiring Range*:

  • Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $160,700 - $245,905

  • All Other Locations (within approved locations): $160,700 - $245,905

As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
