Description
Imaging / Digitalizing Associate will organize, scan, index, and retrieve TBC documents for process automation, legal and auditing purposes as well as other internal business requirements. Providing our customers with superior service in Digitizing Services providing support and guidance on requests and reporting, while mitigating risks by ensuring compliance and adherence according to policy.
Job Responsibilities
- Sorting and/or preparing hard copy for scanning-document preparation.
- Scan hardcopy files to electronic images while assuring a quality image.
- Follow production procedures and completing internal documentation & tracking.
- Adhere to guidelines of maintaining clean work environment.
- Responsible for scanning, indexing and verifying records accurately.
- Maintaining accurate records including quality assurance, conversions and tracking of documents.
- Ability to perform work at established production rates.
- Perform minor scanner setup adjustments.
- Researching and resolving issues that affect production.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 10 key experience required
- Excellent knowledge of working on PC’s and Microsoft software
- Knowledge of process control (How to measure, track, analyze and initiate improvements
- SAP experience not preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to recognize issues, present opportunities and implement solutions
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Ability to work with a high level of detail
- Able to lift 30 -50 pounds
- Excellent customer service skills
- Enthusiastic and a quick learner
