Summary Description:
This position is responsible for producing identified digital Lorcana products (currently identified: website and app) and associated ongoing projects (e.g., integrations, updates). This includes ongoing strategic assessment of digital products aligned with overall brand strategy as well as leading the product development process (PDP) for identified digital Lorcana products. This position interfaces with both internal teams and external contacts (including cross-functional service teams as well as licensors) to ensure collaboration, communicate clear understanding of product requirements, and keep development and rollout on time and within budget. Ideal candidate embraces creativity, understands digital solutions, and leads via collaboration. Location: Seattle office.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Own production for website and app, where project is the product.
- Align with Lorcana Brand Management to ensure all digital products support overall brand strategy.
- Set up and lead product development execution, including project schedule communication (Wrike).
- Manage all product communications with all internal stakeholders, including Brand, Creative, Marketing, and Digital teams.
- Build trust among all internal stakeholders, including Brand, Creative, Marketing, and Digital teams
- Manage Licensor communications throughout product development, including coordinating submissions and feedback.
- Manage ongoing strategic and functional assessment of website and app, including updates and future integrations.
- Align with Lorcana team as needed to understand ongoing product direction and development (direct contact: Senior Project Manager, TCG)
- Additional responsibilities as required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of the project management process, including schedule builds and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of product strategy + brand strategy relationship from a global perspective.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Experience in product development, with focus on digital design and production. UX/UI experience a plus.
- Knowledge of basic digital product development process, including stages, timelines, and functional teams required for website and app deliverables.
- Familiarity with current digital products (websites and apps) within the gaming and entertainment industry.

Education and Experience Requirements (Minimum):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business with Project/Product Management or Digital Media focus or related field or equivalent experience.
- Advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience working in an environment with complex, multi-stakeholder deliverables.
- Proven track record of managing multiple and overlapping project schedules to meet on-time delivery goals.
- Experience within the toy and/or game industry preferred. Experience with TCG industry a plus.
- International experience preferred.
- Diversity and inclusion experience a plus.
Travel Requirements:
- Project execution and product assessment may require travel. Employee must be able to travel domestically and internationally via airplane and be comfortable renting and driving cars.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
