Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing and maintaining a KPI framework aligning strategic digital objectives with channel execution.
- Collaborate with channel and analytics leads to ensure that initiatives have clear and measurable outcomes from planning through deployment.
- Identify areas of opportunity to drive material results towards performance goals.
- Evaluate potential initiatives and product changes to estimate impact.
- Prepare materials and summaries of digital performance results to share with peers, stakeholders, and executives
- Partner with digital team to ensure measurement strategy is a consideration throughout execution.
- Work with Analytics and IT teams to stay up to date on best practices and tools for analysis.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of consumer marketing experience focused on digital performance management
- Demonstrated proficiency in multiple digital marketing channels (web, paid search, organic search, display, email)
- Hands on experience with digital analysis tools (i.e. Google Analytics) and general BI tools (i.e. Data Studio, Tableau, Dataroma)
- SQL skills a plus
- Strong problem solving and consulting skills
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
