Overview: Fusion Medical Staffing is searching for an energetic and self-motivated Digital Marketing Strategist to join our growing marketing department. You must have a passion for paid search advertising, and be well versed in other digital acquisition channels as well as have a focus on lead generation/ROI. Your work will include but not limited to digital analytics, job board lead generation & management, SEO, MQL reporting, brand awareness, and SEM. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should have excellent multitasking and organizational abilities. You must also have in-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and search engine marketing strategies.

Essential Functions

  • Strategize and execute several paid channels - Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, Native & Display networks, Social Networks
  • Account management and meet regularly with platform partners to discuss campaigns
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize campaigns towards KPI’s
  • Identify opportunities for A/B tests across channels and segments
  • Support SEO & SEM strategies by identifying in-market keyword opportunities
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to execute on new content strategy initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and leads
  • Identify opportunities to increase campaign performance
  • Analyze web traffic and suggestion solutions to boost web performance
  • Keep up to date with our audience and build new campaigns
  • Create and launch new strategies based on advertising needs
  • Extensive knowledge with digital strategies that support the buyer's journey
  • Extensive knowledge with Lead Gen objectives
  • Ensure performance data is tracking accurately though third-party platforms and internal tracking systems

This job operates as a hybrid position in an office and/or home environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected hours worked

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST (flexible start/end times with manager discretion). Regular and punctual attendance is required


Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Preferred Education and Experience

  • 3-5 years previous experience in similar role
  • Experience with Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, social network and display advertising
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and running detailed report
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing trends and industry best practices
  • Knowledge of SEO & SEM best practices
  • Exceptional project management skills specific to marketing with ability to multitask and work cross-functionally
  • Google Analytics and Hubspot certification preferred
