Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist. The right candidate for this position will possess extensive integrated marketing experience and a passion for details. This position will report directly to the SVP and is instrumental in driving user acquisition and revenue opportunities. The candidate will manage SEO/SEM rankings and improvement, website development and improvement, growth of user base, assist with the creation of online content for emails, blogs and social media campaigns for our growing user base. This position will work collaboratively to set content strategy and plans, leverage analytics, drive measurable results and coordinate with others throughout the company to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with stakeholders.

***This position is in office. This is not a remote work position.

Responsibilities and Duties


  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
  • Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. clinical and BD) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
  • Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's rankings
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Develop and create marketing materials and ensure brand guidelines are met
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing program
  • Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
  • Market SaaS platform by developing and implementing marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate and maintain marketing materials for campaigns, digital presence, trade shows and conferences
  • Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analysis and new product information
  • Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases
  • Monitor budget by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and SEO industry programs (Google Analytics and Ahrefs)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve results
  • Strong focus on customer service (internal and external)
  • Exceptional writing and organizational skills
  • AP style writing experience required
  • Copywriting experience preferred
  • WordPress experience preferred
  • Ability to travel as necessary
