As a full time, exempt Digital Marketing Manager with CPS Solutions, LLC, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing CPS’s brand presence and continued rapid growth of our company's Outpatient and Inpatient lines of business. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with our Marketing Directors, Event Manager and Chief Marketing Officer to leverage our technology tools and online platform to expand engagement with our core audience supporting a strong pipeline of commercial partnership opportunities across the enterprise.

Schedule: This position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday day shifts and may include evenings and weekends based upon business needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration preferred or equivalent education and experience in lieu of degree
  • 3+ years of recent digital marketing experience in a healthcare business to business environment
  • Experience creating content and copywriting
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Pardot Marketing Automation
  • Experience and fluency working with digital tools and strategies including Hubspot, CMS, Google Analytics, PPC, SEO and SEM
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong communication skills; especially written skills
  • Strong Microsoft office suite skills, especially with PowerPoint
  • Desire to develop results-oriented assets
  • Hospital and health system marketing experience strongly preferred
