Position: Manager, Digital Marketing
Reports to Title: Director, Marketing

Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Project Manager leads both the strategy and tactical execution of initiatives. They will work closely with Business Marketing/Sales, which will provide overall business/marketing strategy, Marketing Communications to develop content, Digital Channel Specialists (e.g. email, social media, content and web) on the digital team to optimize the use of each digital channel for campaign efforts and creative resources (e.g. writers, designers) to execute the campaign vision.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product management, content strategy, engineering, and marketing; oversee outside agencies
- Regularly maintain updates to websites, intranet, extranet
- Manage search engine optimization (SEO) for company, including organic search engine performance and goal setting based on site impressions, clickthrough rates, traffic and conversions
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers)
- Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)
- Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and potentially additional channels
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to both spread our brand and our content and links
- Explore new ways to reach and engage our target buyers digitally
- Work with our customer service team to optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing process through email, content, and social channels
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers
- Creative thinker who can generate innovative ideas and solutions and partner effectively with marketing and other creative teams
- Possess a solid understanding of website analytics reporting and setup – minimum of five years’ experience with an analytics tool
- Manage, track, and communicate the status of all digital projects
- Lead the marketing campaign strategy and content development and delivery across multiple web sites and other digital channels.
- Lead digital communication projects/programs so they are executed within strict conformance with company's web governance and other applicable standards and support the development of new standards for evolving channels

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a corporate marketing department, advertising agency, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience (each) with a website Content Management System and an Email Marketing Automation System
- Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to travel as needed (approximately 20% of time)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Adobe Creative Suite a major plus
- Minimum of 8 years as a practicing digital project manager and possessing and in-depth understanding of digital marketing including websites, SEM (SEO and PPC), advertising channels, mobile, social media, etc.
- Must be able to lawfully work within the U.S. and have unrestricted work authorization for the U.S.
Preferred qualification:
- Five years’ experience with mainstream CMS’s and HubSpot
- PMI certification
- Five years’ Google AdWords and Google Analytics experience
- Google Data Studio and tag manager
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications
- Experience and skills include demand generation, inbound marketing, and blogging

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
