F9 Brands is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to work at our Franklin, TN. Store Headquarters.
As a Digital Marketing Manager for F9 Brands, you will have the opportunity to develop data-driven marketing solutions and use data analytics to troubleshoot our websites’ designs in order to improve the user experience, increase page views, and turn website leads into customers. In this role, you will perform an in-depth analysis of each brand’s website design and discover opportunities to enhance the customer journey, translating findings to marketing leadership while giving clear direction on the overall web function. In addition, you will:
- Perform in-depth analysis by collecting and analyzing data from website traffic, page views, and site visit durations
- Translate & communicate insights and provide marketing solutions to leadership
- Work with the Marketing, IT and 3rd party partner teams to ensure website and Google analytics are set up, implemented and reporting campaign performance accurately.
- Optimize the user interface and ensure content is legible and easy to digest to increase users’ time spent on the site while simultaneously working to continually improve website’s SEO metrics.
- General digital marketing and website project management
- Stay up-to-date with industry and technology trends in online marketing and design
- Perform problem analysis to resolve system or application issues
Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, computer science, or other related fields.
Previous data mining and analysis experience.
Familiarity with major web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics (GA4) and SEMrush.
Solid knowledge of web design languages
Knowledge and experience with Shopify is a plus
Previous project management experience is a plus
Strong verbal and visual communication skills to present and explain insights.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively cross functionally in Marketing, Merchandising, IT and Creative.
