Role:
Responsible for proactive management, development and strategy of website and social media delivery channels toward capturing prospective new members and audiences. Serve as marketing point person for content marketing strategy and deployment, as well as online advertising direction.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities include oversight and management of the organizations main website, social media channels and online advertising. Website management includes relevant content maintenance/development, landing page creation/monitoring, as well as GTM/SEO/GA management and tracking. Social media management entails oversight of channel/audience alignment, social media strategy development and execution, and new media/channel implementation/utilization. Online advertising encompasses providing direction and oversight to social media advertising, Search advertising, Google Display advertising, and other online channels for targeting/retargeting, OTT, and video.
- Development of ongoing content marketing programs to raise awareness in defined market areas and to capture prospective new members. Develop and/or source new content production (video or written) for online lead generation, manage digital delivery of content, and relevant engagement and results tracking.
- Collaborates with Marketing team in marketing campaign development and creative design direction. Contributes and supports overall marketing campaign strategy. Provides detailed feedback regarding digital campaign success.
- Assists Marketing team in execution of other marketing programs where needed.
- Adherence to Radiant branding and brand standards in production of marketing materials and platforms.
- Coordinates/collaborates with Marketing team any internal communications to Team Radiant regarding marketing programs, member offers, member communications, and company-sponsored events.
- Assists with collaboration and coordination of community events.

Knowledge and Skills:
Experience Three years to five years of similar or related experience.
Education (1) A two-year college degree, or (2) completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or (3) completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors, or (4) job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program.
Interpersonal Skills Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.
Other Skills Experience developing and managing website and social media platforms. Ability to track, measure and analyze marketing results and develop/maintain relevant reporting. Professional-level writing and verbal skills. Working knowledge of visual/graphic design and digital video production a plus. Working knowledge of Web Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to work on longer-term strategic projects, as well as short-term needs and deadlines.

Work Environment Environment is that of a standard corporate office. Occasional travel and participation at branch offices or outside events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
