The Specialized Recruiting Group is looking for a Digital Marketing and Brand Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy across all key digital channels, including website, email, social media, PPC, Affiliates, Account-Based Marketing, and Paid Social channels.

Digital Marketing and Branding Mgr. duties:

• Lead development of SEO/SEM, PPC and Google AdWords strategy and projects
• Create dashboards, new landings, monitor campaigns, and communicate results, both written and verbal, to the marketing team and content team
• Assist with our PPC strategy by monitoring keywords, search queries, and bidding to find areas for growth and improvement
• Maintain company website–sourcing content, creating and publishing information, copy writing, graphics, video, and content.
• Provide reporting to internal executive teams tracking website and online analytics of digital marketing campaigns, ads, and programs.
• Ensure marketing and communications materials adhere to branding guidelines, style, design, and tone of voice.
• Knowledge of current trends with social media and digital marketing developments.

Digital Marketing and Branding Mgr. Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field and at least three years of experience in digital communications and marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 4 years of digital marketing, digital production or general marketing experience
• Experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
• Manage social media campaigns
• Understanding web metrics, and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
• Must be able to work on deadline demanding projects and manage multiple projects
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for problem-solving
• Knowledge of SEM, SEO, and AdWords programs
• Familiarity with web design and content management systems
• Proficiency in MS Suite/Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, HTML 5

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
