Global Associate - Training, Education and Development (TED)| 2022
The Training and OD Coordinator plans, develops, and administers high quality, high impact Leadership and Professional Development programs, workshops, and interventions.
The role of the global associate in Training, Education and Development is to create engaging learning activities and compelling course content to support employee development. The T.E.D. Associate will manage multiple stakeholder expectations, timelines, and project scope, all while creating a great learning experience. This role is part of the global Human Resources department, reporting to the TED team (responsible for Training, Engagement, and Talent Development programs).

RESPONSIBILITES
- Content and Learning Programs
- Develops and implements resources for new employees and leaders related to T.E.D. (Training, Education, and Employee Development).
- Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions and interventions aligned with business needs including eLearning and live facilitation.
- Consult with training team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop, evaluate, revise and maintain existing curriculum for compliance and business needs.
- Facilitates live delivery training and discussion sessions including team-building sessions. This can include live sessions, live online sessions, and recorded training.
- HR Systems and Process
- Provide assistance with technology tools and methods, use of instructional software, and effective uses of multimedia sources.
- Support the ongoing assessment of instructional effectiveness for existing and future courses.
- Manage and maintain resources in our Learning Management Systems (LMS) and TED websites.
- Employee Engagement and Development
- Project administration of programs related to HR, L&D, and Corporate Engagement. Includes use of corporate communication platforms such as MS Sharepoint and Yammer for corporate communications and engagement.
- Cultural and Organizational Development. Change Management, corporate communication, branding aligned with mission and values
Job Requirements:
Requirements
- Experience with MS Office products with strong skill for MS Excel and Power Point
- Experience with content update and development including use of video, MS PPT, and documents.
- Ability to build relationships with training team, multiple SMEs, business partners, HR, etc.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and marketing skills
- Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong project management and planning skills
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Adult Education and Training, Organization Development and Leadership (ODL), or related subject / background.
- Knowledge of current trends, needs assessments, instructional methods and analysis
- Organization and distribution of content and learning resources for curriculum and training solutions aligned with company initiatives
