Job Description:



We’re looking for a graphic designer on the Aquent Studios x Adobe team who is responsible for creating artwork for our Adobe Experience Cloud Blog with the direction and oversight by senior creative staff. They will be responsible for executing multiple
design studies for particular assignments and will have regular reviews to ensure it’s on strategy and aligned with other activities in the group. They should have experience in developing creative solutions in a variety of media. Has a working knowledge of the creative development process. Consistently delivers solid design solutions.



Key qualifications

  • 5-7 years work experience across a broad range of media
  • Motivated and driven designer that collaborates well to find simple innovativ design solutions to complex problems, which are on strategy and meet objectives.
  • Good design skills with an ability to evaluate own work as it relates to Adobe’s brand and needs.
  • Demonstrated reliable judgment as to when work may be “off track” and when to ask senior creative staff for advice.
  • Ability to accept feedback and redirect own work with limited supervision.
  • Ability to articulate ideas in a manner that is clearly understood by senior creative and project management staff.
  • Solid skills with design software use, primarily Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Good organization skills to file work in a manner that can be accessed and modified by others.
  • Working knowledge of the creative requirements of multiple marketing communications media including advertising, direct marketing, interactive, and collateral, in both print and broadcast mediums.
  • A good understanding of the design development process including schedules, costs and resources needed to efficiently produce high quality work on time and to specification.
  • Pulse on social trends - content & formats
  • Full understanding of Adobe products (flagship)
  • B2B and Enterprise Design experience highly desirable
  • Must present current portfolio of work with application

Description

  • Accountable for developing and implementing designs and design elements with limited supervision.
  • Executes design work that meets defined quality standards in a timely manner.
  • Regularly reviews creative work with the group’s senior creative staff to get feedback on direction, and to ensure the work is aligned with other activities in the group.
  • Participates in presentations or meetings as appropriate.

Education

  • BA or BFA in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
