Summary/Objective

The Digital Analytics & Program Specialist is an aspiring professional responsible for understanding and reporting on digital data analytics and ensuring that our website and marketing automation tactics align with best practices as identified by our sales team and diverse customer base. Reporting to the Director of Digital & Web Business, you will help the digital team drive our B2B business, initiate B2C endeavors, and increase customer engagement. You will also play a key role in developing training initiatives which will translate feedback into new and unique content and web solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to help build-out our e-commerce and digital platforms, almost from the ground-up, then re-define our digital relationship with our customers and sales team.

Essential Functions

1. Develops, publishes, and delivers reports on integrated digital marketing campaigns

2. Communicates ecommerce business performance through a variety of metrics, and KPIs

3. Analyzes, synthesizes, and presents data in a way that is actionable for project stakeholders and executives

4. Creation of e-mails, social posts and blog posts

5. Combines knowledge of sales, marketing, and technology, to continuously develop a superior brand and purchasing experience for customers

6. Identifies and helps create the overall user experience translating customer needs into digital best practices, including affecting site navigation, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns

7. Works cross-functionally to create automation- and process-optimization tools, leveraging the power of automation to deliver rigorous customer data

8. Creates and supports training initiatives to accelerate web and digital tool adoption with sales and customers

9. Helps to identify new areas of ecommerce opportunities beyond current brand offering

10. Interacts with partner vendors and relevant ad agency relationships

11. Performs other related marketing and sales initiatives as requested

Position Requirements

1. Professional experience in the business-to-business (B2B) marketplace, with business-to-consumer (B2C) digital retail experience a plus

2. Understanding of manufacturing and distribution channel sales model

3. Competent and accurate data gathering with progressing analytical skills

4. Solid business judgment and decision-making skills

5. Proven ability to identify, prioritize, projects and tasks

6. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and integrating CRM into process workflow a must. HubSpot experience a plus.

7. Aptitude to become proficient with Epicore Eclipse ERP, HubSpot, CMS, PIM, and other technologies

8. Command a sense of urgency while being team and customer focused.

9. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment

10. Adapts and prioritizes with agility, using practical multitasking skills
