Position Summary
This Position is responsible for providing routine office support including answering the phone and relaying messages, processing diet orders and maintaining records. This position has limited exposure to extremes in noise and temperature, cleaning chemicals and equipment as normally related to food service production areas. Majority of time is spent sitting (up to 80% of time).

Specific Educational and Skill Competencies Required
Knowledge of dietary practices and techniques at a level normally acquired through either completion of High School courses, with additional training in food or nutrition. Ability to operate standard office equipment including: multiple phone lines, fax machine, copier, and personal computer.
