Service Technician

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $20-27

Location: Pasadena, TX

Experience: 2 year

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support while at the shop and during field visits
• Receive, test, and prepare machines for shipment to dealer network
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Follow all company’s procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Be on-call as needed for the occasional emergency service
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Support our spare parts and sales team as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven field service experience with diesel engines, hydraulics, and electronics
• Some experience with CAN-Bus circuits and CPU’s
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
• English literacy (Spanish and/or Italian a plus)
• Valid and clean driver’s license
• Liaison between customers and internal staff as needed to resolve customer issues, problems and opportunities
• Comply with all company and OSHA safety regulations
• Overnight travel will be required at times

• Diesel Mechanic (2 years preferred)
• Hydraulics
