Location: 9400 Blue Mound Rd. Fort Worth, TX 76131

Shift: 3rd Shift - Monday - Thursday; 7:30p.m. - 6:00a.m.

Pay: Starting at $16.25 an hour, plus .50 night differential, plus incentive pay for performance

Picker

This position is responsible for picking garments from a location into a pick tote for a customer order received by our system and send down the conveyor line for packing.

How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

Pickers are primarily responsible for picking customers orders on a day-today basis in their operational area while maintaining a safe work environment within the Fort Worth Distribution Center. In addition, Pickers work to make sure workflow moves smoothly throughout the course of the shift and ensure accurate completion and shipping of all customer orders.

How you will do it:

You will pick product in several areas within shelving, flow racks, rapid pick, and reserve picking. Under the direction of the Department Lead and Supervisor, Pickers move throughout the warehouse to ensure work is being processed to support the timely completion and service of our customer’s orders. It is expected that a Picker will take ownership in the success of the overall operation as well.

What success looks like:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily to ensure the accurate picking and completion of all customer orders. A Picker should maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and handle assigned equipment appropriately in order to successfully keep the line running and ensure work is being processed in a timely manner.

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: The picker is preferred to have at least 3 months of experience in fast paced high volume processing warehouse and/or distribution center. A minimum of 3 months experience utilizing a Warehouse Management System and Radio Frequency equipment is nice to have as well.

Educational Position Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

Physical Demands:

• Stand and/or walk during shift between 8 to 12 hours
• Lift, push, pull and move boxes up to 50 pounds
• Bend, squat, twist, reach above the head, kneel, crouch and/or stretch
• Engage in full manual dexterity in both hands, wrists and feet coordination for operation of Order Picker style Powered Industrial Truck
• Noise level varies and can be loud
