Job Description: Quality Control Manager

Job Summary: Our custodial operation at the RSW Airport is in need of a strong Quality Control Manager able to work both individually and as a team member. Your focus will be driving custodial training, quality control and safety plans to ensure compliance and cleanliness with contract specifications including company regulations. Inspecting all phases of a variety of goods, services or operation for conformity to establish quality, health and safety, and other operational standards by performing on-going work for compliance with contractual provisions. Responsible for assisting in the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of staff engaged in cleaning and maintaining the site premises.

The Quality Control Manager will build relationships with the employees at the site, support site management with reporting and managing the Quality Control Inspection technology(TRAX), hands-on custodial training, and managing training processes for new employees.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for helping better employee performance and knowledge by conducting training, testing, and development of new and existing employees. This position requires flexible availability to facilitate training across all shifts.

• Plan, coordinate and conduct training for new and current employees, using DFS standard program.

• Implement and enforce company policy and best industry practices amongst employees.

• Delivering and conducting training programs for new hires on a weekly schedule.

• Provide participants with weekly feedback on their training and development progress.

• Conducts inspections utilizing company issued methods and measures as instructed by upper Management

Tuesday to Saturday 9am-5:30pm

Schedule subject to change based on operational needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
