HealthComp is in the process of transitioning all systems, platforms, and data story to Microsoft Azure and we are hiring a DevOps Engineer to support the engineering project pipeline and oversight of our various cloud migration and system optimization efforts. In the role, you work closely with Software Engineers, Data Analysts, IT Leadership to create plans to ensure our systems are performing at optimal level. This is an integral role, with plenty of opportunity for advancement with a rapidly growing organization!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating a strategic plan for implementing optimization goals

• Assess risk, analyze costs and benefits, set operational expectations

• Forecast future projects to create a timeline

• Review software scripts and look for ways to improve automation and resolve user interface issues

• Use SonarQube to do code analysis, security scanning, and detect vulnerabilities

• Support transition away from Jira

• Run effectiveness and efficiency tests to identify infrastructure flaws

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure platform optimization, deployment, and automation

• Understanding of different programming languages and code analysis tools like SonarQube

• Technical problem solver with strong communication and project management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
