Job description
Catholic Charities New Hampshire, located in Manchester, NH, is looking for a full-time Development Coordinator (37.5 hours/week) to join our team. The Development Assistant works collaboratively with the Director of Development Operations, Vice President of Philanthropy, and Major Gifts Officers to assist with strategic planning and reporting for analytics, cultivation, stewardship and special events.

Duties
- Develop, maintain and create metrics for donor analytics and reporting
- Collaborate with fundraisers and staff to assist with cultivation/solicitation strategies
- Prepare metrics and analytical reports such as appeal tracking, new donors, lapsed donors and reactivation reports
- Assume responsibility for coordinating with Director of Development Operations on all special events, such as Mardi Gras.
- Work with staff and special events committee to enlist volunteers for the event as needed
- Act as one of the primary contacts for Mardi Gras event logistics and vendors, in coordination with Director of Development Operations
- Coordinate the execution of direct mail
- Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with company personnel and management
- Three to five years information management/database administration experience in an office environment.
- Associates Degree with 2 years of additional experience or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience with database management (Raiser's Edge preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computers and various software packages, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat/Reader
- Ability for some night and weekend work
