In this role, you will:

• Partner with key development firms, developer communities, and development enablers to drive awareness and adoption of Wells Fargo's Open Banking platform
• Create an effective engagement program, streamline onboarding, build comprehensive developer resources, and expand marketing materials
• Cultivate a deep understanding of developer needs, priorities, and pain points
• Provide a conduit for honest developer feedback
• Champion external developer experience improvements across Wells Fargo's Open Banking platform
• Plan, organize, and execute Wells Fargo Open Banking engagement with developer communities online, at select developer events, and important development partner firms
• Produce an engagement roadmap, prioritize initiatives and influence Wells Fargo teams to align and execute
• Evaluate potential developer solutions for value, feasibility and business viability
• Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications, US:

• 5+ years of digital development and developer community engagement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of developer needs, coding methods, pain points and trends
• Hands on experience using APIs, developer portals, and developer tools to build software applications
• Proven evangelism experience driving technology adoption and usage within the developer community
• Strong relationship building, prioritization and influencing skills

Pay Range:

• New York Pay Range - $115,900.00 - $206,100.00 Annual

Pay Range

$96,600.00 - $171,800.00 Annual
