Job Title: Desktop System Admin

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite Position)

Duration: Full Time Permanent Position

Must have: Windows 10, Red Hat Linux, SCCM, Intune, Vulnerability Management

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 7, 8,10 ,Linux and MAC OS

· Experience in Microsoft Office and other desktop applications

· Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware, mobile devices (iPhone and Android) and other authorized peripheral / equipment

· Good understanding of hardware peripherals and troubleshooting in laptop and desktop

· Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers

and any other authorized peripheral equipment

· Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment

· Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards

· Performs work in compliance within specified warranty requirements

· Returns defective equipment/parts to maintenance inventory, document customer

repairs, maintains, and restock assigned parts inventory to insure proper spare parts

levels

· Develop trends by monitoring and analyzing incoming calls, problems and service

Requests

· Hands & Feet for Datacenter / Network issues in the site.

· Able to lift hardware’s more than 30 pounds

· Knowledge on AV equipment’s and basic operations

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
