JOB DESCRIPTION
Eastern Field Services is looking to fill a Desktop Support position in the Sandy Hook Area. We are looking for a very knowledgeable & experienced tech with a high aptitude for customer service. This position will be located in a Medium Security Prison (Little Sandy Correctional Complex). This is a prison environment, which can be a difficult environment to work in at times, so the selected techs will be required to attend the DOC trainings in order to navigate the grounds safely. DUTIES/SKILLS:
- Very knowledgeable and experienced with a high aptitude for customer service.
- Experience with tablets.
- Experience with desktops.
- Experience with laptops.
- Experience with printers/copiers.
- Experience with phones/VOIP.
- Preferred experience with security cameras.
- Preferred experience with servers.
- Preferred experience with network switches.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
