Role: Help Desk
Location: Sterling Heights, MI, Auburn Hills, MI andDearborn, MI
Duration: Long Term Contract
Shift timings – Monday to Friday 3 pm to 11:30 pm
Onsite from Day 1
Position Description:
- Direct on-site technical support for pc clients, printers, desk phones and phone-replacement software (i.e., WebEx teams) along with pc-based plant floor applications.
- Support of all areas of ktp, including body (sd/suv), paint (sd/suv), asrs (sd/suv), final assembly, IP build up, mpl warehouses, stamping and onsite modification center.
- Management of pc and hardware inventory, including repair/restaging activities and software installation/network client configuration.
- Deployment and support of new hardware.
- Assist launch team with pc related issues.
- Assist with launch related plant floor installations.
- Documentation and good communications skills are a must.
