PrimaCARE, P.C. in Fall River is looking for a Full Time Deposit Room Coordinator.
Essential Functions:
Ø Opening & processing all mail for the company
Ø Preparing all physician money deposits for bank deposit
Ø Preparing all Insurance EOB’S and payments for daily deposit
Ø Preparing all billing department mail for postage
Ø Scanning of all billing department documents
Ø Processing all credit card transactions for Insurance Companies
Ø Keeping detail logs of all money bags
Ø Monthly total reconciliation logs
Ø Miscellaneous assigned duties
Minimum Requirements:
Ø High school diploma or equivalent
