Professional and enthusiastic office looking for a dental Practice Coordinator in Flower Mound, TX. We're searching for a passionate, team-oriented, and highly skilled with office management, insurance, treatment planning and schedule management! Candidates must be professional, organized, and comfortable managing the day-to-day operations of a dental practice.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE 3 years of Dental experience
• MUST HAVE 1 year of Dental Office Manager experience
• Open Dental experience preferred

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Supervise dental office staff and ensure accountability
• Accounts payable and receivable / Insurance management
• Implement office culture
• Strong consistent communication
• Treatment planning and patient financing
• Ensure financial viability of the office, meet goals with team engagement
• Ensure office maintenance
• Dental practice schedule management / meeting protocols
• Management and schedule of office staff
• Training & onboarding of new staff
• Maintaining patient records

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
