Dental Office Manager Job Responsibilities:

We are currently looking for a driven and team-oriented Dental Office Manager to oversee all administrative operations in our dental office.

• Managing insurance claims and patient ledger
• Must know how to explain dental procedures to patients.
• Coordinate patient treatment plan, price and payment plan.
• Management of all financial aspects of a practice
• Scheduling of patient appointments effectively
• Inventory check
• Taking care of marketing and public relations with Management as needed
• Implementing procedures and policies
• Deliver direct individual and team leadership to insure all office employees produce outstanding patient service
• Coordinate the day-to-day execution of office practices that increase productivity and efficiency
• Respond to clinical and operational issues in a timely and professional manner
• Hire, supervise and train new office employees

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience working at the Dental Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Northridge, CA 91324: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
