Job description

We are looking for a Director of Marketing to join and lead our marketing team. This role will focus on driving revenue across all traditional and digital channels – direct mail, email marketing, retargeting, TV commercial, social Media, and online lead generation campaigns. The right candidate will continually evolve our strategy by unlocking insights and opportunities through analytics, forward-thinking, research and reporting.

• Manage social media accounts and posts
• Manage Reviews

• Work with Call Center and Office staff and oversee call performance
• Schedule Marketing plan

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field. MBA a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in Dental marketing

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing channel and budget optimization

• High attention to detail and organization in all aspects of your work.

• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

• Positive outlook and strong sense of curiosity – whether uncovering patient insights or solving complex business challenges.

• Ability to work proactively to anticipate and resolve issues.

• Marketing leadership experience and desire to grow your career.

• Must have experience in digital marketing, traditional marketing including direct mail, TV, radio, etc. as well as content marketing. Agency experience would be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
